Dear Parents, We are getting close to our Winter Break! I can tell because the kids start to get quite restless this time of year! We have a lot to do, though, so they will stay quite busy. We will have a spelling test this Friday. We will also have a math test either this Thursday or Friday depending on how quickly we get through our lessons. The test will be mainly on multiplication and division. Of course, we will have a practice math test first. The children have a reading sheet that is due on Friday. Please take some time to review this sheet and the activity with your child. Last week's glacier projects were so fun to read and share! Thank you for the work you did with your child on this project. This week we are learning how to write a book report and your child will get to select a project to complete in class to go along with their report. They love the choices and were very eager to get started today. We are finishing our personal narratives this week and will be ready to share them with you next Monday for our Author's Celebration!
